EAE wanted a way not only to improve its social media engagement, but also to get Google reviews for the school and increase offline activity, while encouraging all students to participate.
Student-to-student referrals were hard to track and incentivize, leaving results more up to chance than by design.
Solution
EAE built a student ambassador program using Spitche that allowed them to identify most engaged students and reward them for different levels of activity, from leaving Google reviews, to attending events and engaging on social media.
Students can now see at any moment how many points they’ve acquired, how many are left to add levels, and can redeem their points at any time.
